A well-established and respected regional contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their growing team in Norwich. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a business known for delivering high-quality commercial and residential projects across East Anglia, typically valued up to £3 million.

The Role:

As Site Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of construction sites from groundworks through to completion. You’ll ensure health & safety compliance, manage sub-contractors and site teams, and deliver projects on time and to budget – all while maintaining the high standards of workmanship the company is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all on-site activities and manage site teams effectively

*

Liaise with the project manager and office support teams to ensure smooth project delivery

*

Monitor project progress, budgets, and quality standards

*

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

*

Build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers

About You:

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering projects up to £3m

*

Strong understanding of construction processes and site coordination

*

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certified

*

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

*

Ability to work independently and proactively
