We are seeking an experienced Technical Service Manager to oversee a high-profile technical account for an international client at their UK headquarters. This is a senior, hands-on role, ideal for a proactive professional with strong technical expertise and experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and service delivery.

Salary: Up to £80,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the day-to-day delivery of technical services for a high-profile account

* Oversee contractors, service providers, and internal teams to ensure SLA compliance

* Monitor performance, budgets, and service delivery standards

* Provide technical guidance and strategic oversight for complex systems and operations

* Maintain accurate records and reports on service delivery, performance, and costs

* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality

Requirements:

* Proven experience in technical account management or service management

* Strong technical knowledge in relevant systems and operations

* SAP experience essential

* Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage contractors effectively

* Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
