Orchard Manager / Top Fruit Manager

We’re working with one of Cornwall’s most established and respected producers, renowned for their award-winning fruit products and continued investment in quality and growth. Due to expansion, they’re now looking for an experienced Orchard / Top Fruit Manager to take ownership of substantial, productive orchards set within beautiful surrounding grounds and woodland.

This is a hands-on, career-defining role for someone passionate about fruit production, land management, and delivering exceptional standards in a stunning environment.

The Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will:

* Manage, maintain, and harvest established top fruit orchards

* Maximise yield and quality from already productive trees

* Oversee orchard health, pruning, planting, and seasonal planning

* Operate and maintain relevant machinery and vehicles

* Take responsibility for adjacent grounds and woodland areas

* Play a key role in the continued success of a growing, award-winning business

About You

* Proven experience in orchard or top fruit management

* Background in horticulture or agriculture within a similar environment

* Confident operating machinery and vehicles (relevant licences preferred)

* Relevant horticultural or agricultural qualifications advantageous

* Hard-working, highly motivated, and detail-focused

* Passionate about producing high-quality fruit and maintaining land to exceptional standards
