Tradewind Recruitment are working with secondary schools that are seeking an engaging Teaching Assistant that is experienced in 121 roles. Schools are located across Lincolnshire and vacancies come up frequently. Ideally the candidate will be available from September and able to work pupils that have ECHPS and IEP.

The role will include the following:

Supporting pupils with additional needs in small groups or 1:1
Encourage and engage students in the classroom
Uphold high expectations in the classroom and ensure behavioural policies are implemented
Work with SEND pupils that have ECHPs and IEPsDuring your time with Tradewind, we will support you with CPD Trainings provided by the National College, aswell as an excellent service, competitive pay, and regular check ins.

To apply for this role, you must have the following:

Experience working in a school.
Enhanced Child-Only DBS on the Update Service
Right to work in the UK.
Satisfactory References.The rate for this role can be paid to scale, daily rate ranges between £90 - £95 per day.
