Job Opportunity: Children’s Ofsted Home Manager – Specialist Mental Health Service, Bradford

We are recruiting an experienced Children’s Ofsted Home Manager for a Specialist Mental Health Service in Bradford. This full-time, permanent position offers an immediate start with a competitive salary of £56,000 - £64,000.

Key Details:

* Location: Bradford

* Home: A 4-bed residential facility supporting children with emotional, social, and behavioural needs aged 7-18 years old.

* Bonuses:

* Registration Bonus: Paid upon successful home registration and the first child’s move-in (SC1 form already completed).

* Ofsted Bonus: £3,000 for each "Good" Ofsted inspection.

* Career Growth: Potential to manage additional home/ homes for candidates seeking greater responsibility.

Essential Requirements:

* Qualification: Must possess an NVQ Level 5 qualification.

* Ofsted Expertise: Demonstrated experience in achieving Ofsted accreditation.

* Professional Experience: Significant experience in an Ofsted-registered setting, with prior tenure as a Registered Manager.

* Leadership: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

* Care Standards: Commitment to upholding the highest standards of care, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
