An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Representative to join a fast-growing supplies company. Based in Trafford Park, they are expanding their team to support their growing customer base.

The Role

Looking for a friendly, proactive, and organised Customer Service Representative to join a busy office team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling enquiries, resolving issues, and helping to ensure we retain happy, long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Answering incoming calls and emails from customers

* Managing queries regarding products, orders, and deliveries

* Handling cancellations and working to retain customer accounts

* Logging and resolving complaints in a professional manner

* Coordinating with internal teams to resolve order issues

* Maintaining accurate customer records and call logs

What We’re Looking For

* Experience in a customer service or account support role (essential)

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

* Calm and professional manner under pressure

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

* Confident using CRM or order management systems (training provided)

* A genuine desire to help people and build strong customer relationships
