? Key Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse Children & Families caseload, including complex cases and court work
*
Develop strong partnerships with families, carers, and external agencies
*
Create, review, and implement pathway and care plans
*
Maintain accurate, timely records and reports
*
Stay up to date with legislation and best practices related to Looked After Children and safeguarding
? About You:
*
Qualified Social Worker (registered with Social Work England)
*
Experience in child protection, care proceedings, and pathway planning
*
Confident in court work, assessments, and multi-agency collaboration
*
Committed to achieving the best outcomes for children and young people
*
UK Driving license is essential
