Service Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a highly respected regional law firm, recognised in the Legal 500 and Chambers Guide, for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team in Kidderminster. Role: Commercial Property Solicitor (2–5 years’ PQE)
Location: Kidderminster
Salary: £45,000 to £60,000
 
The Role:
This opportunity suits a generalist Commercial Property Solicitor, ideally with some development experience. You’ll manage a varied caseload of up to 100 matters, with appropriate supervision and support.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Development matters including site acquisitions.
Sales, purchases and leases of commercial property.
Non-contentious landlord and tenant work.
Drafting and negotiating leases, licences and agreements.
Property finance and development transactions.
Title investigations and due diligence.Requirements

Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (2–5 years’ PQE).
Experience in commercial property transactions and leases.
Ability to manage a busy caseload.Salary & Benefits
