We’re currently recruiting for a Fabric Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services team on a prestigious commercial site in Euston.

Location: Euston, London

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm

Salary: £42,000 per annum + overtime

Start Date: ASAP

Role Overview

You’ll be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive fabric maintenance across a high-profile commercial building. This is a client-facing role, so strong communication skills and a professional approach are essential.

Key Requirements

Proven experience in commercial fabric maintenance

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Immediate availability preferred

Basic tools and PPE required
