Our client are seeking a skilled and detail-driven Estimator to join a leading luxury residential developer renowned for delivering exceptional homes of the highest quality. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team that takes pride in craftsmanship, design excellence, and precision.

About the opportunity:

* Prepare accurate quantities, take-offs, and Bills of Quantities (BoQs) from drawings and specifications.

* Work closely with the commercial and design teams to ensure cost plans and budgets are robust and aligned with project goals.

* Assess drawings, specifications, and tender documents to identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options.

* Support procurement and tendering processes with clear, well-structured cost data and documentation.

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of materials, labour rates, and market trends to ensure accurate cost forecasting.

About the benefits and rewards:

The salary will be dependent on the level of exposure to the residential industry. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary in the region of up to £70k DOE. In addition to the basic salary there will be further company benefits.

About the requirements:

* Proven experience as an Estimator within the residential or high-end construction sector.

* Would consider a QS with take off experience

* Strong understanding of take-offs, BoQs, and cost planning.

* Proficient with estimating software and Microsoft Excel.

* Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

* A collaborative team player with strong communication and organisational abilities
