We have an exciting new opportunity for an Air Conditioning Engineer to join our Reactive division based in and around South East.
Job purpose:
Carry out planned & preventive maintenance, breakdown & service calls on various HVAC equipment. Including split A/C, s VRV, s multi split, close control computer room A/C AHU, HRU etc on all different makes, mostly Mitsubishi & Daikin.
Water chiller experience also would be an advantage.
Most of the work is within the M25 but the area also includes Kent, Essex, Portsmouth, Reading, Swindon, Slough, Oxford, Bicester, Milton Keynes.
Role responsibilities:
* install, service and maintain systems and equipment.
* Providing quotation of materials/labour to Line Manager
* Undertaking preparatory work.
* Inspecting, testing, certificating, and commissioning.
* Identifying and rectifying faults. Excellent problem-solving skills are essential
* Providing functional and technical information to customers.
* Maintaining effective working relationships with fellow workers.
* Overseeing work activities.
* Be able to follow technical drawings, building plans and other instructions.
Skills & Experience:
* Strong communication skills both verbal and written
* Able to work under pressure
* C&G 2709
* F-Gas Cat 1
* PASMA / IPAF (preferrable)
Skill Card required – or equivalent
