Job Title: Service and Sales Administrator

Location: Kenilworth, UK

Salary: £26000-£30000 D.O.E.

Are you an organised multitasker with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a Sales and Service Administrator to join our dynamic engineering team!

What You’ll Do:

* Be the first point of contact for customer service enquiries & updates

* Provide quotes for jobs and work orders

* Processing orders & invoicing clients

* Support engineers by scheduling work & ensuring they have the right tools/parts

* Keep records up to date on the company CRM

* Handle general admin tasks to keep operations seamless

What You’ll Need:

* Strong organisational & communication skills

* Confidence in customer service & admin tasks

* Order processing & invoicing experience

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

* A hands-on approach – happy to assist with light lifting when needed
