Customer Service Team Leader
Location: Scania Purfleet
Working Hours: Rotating shift patten Monday – Friday | Week 1: 0600 – 1500 | Week 2: 1000 – 1900 | 1 in 4 Saturdays

An exciting opportunity at Scania Purfleet to be our Customer Service Team Leader. You will be a forward thinker, responsible for the smooth and efficient running of all customer interactions. You will manage your team to deliver a premium service, build positive working relationships and improve processes, continuously improving and ultimately ensuring our customers receive a fantastic service, every time.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and develop relationships with new and existing customers.
Ensure a ‘customer first culture’ within your team of professional Customer service Advisors.
Improve the efficiency of servicing, repairs and maintenance handling queries.
Oversee accurate invoicing for works carried out, keeping WIP to a minimum.
Monitor and enhance performance and processes, including quality job card write ups.
Deliver excellent customer service with transparent communication, working upfront to keep our customers up to date.
