Industrial Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for a Production Planner for their Manufacturing Client in the West Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent role within a well-established and growing business.

Hours:

07:30–16:00, Monday–Friday (40 hours/week)

Job Duties:

Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, sales forecasts, and inventory levels

*

Monitor material availability and coordinate with stock control and warehouse teams

*

Track work in progress and adjust schedules to address production delays or changing priorities

*

Liaise with maintenance, logistics, and quality departments to enable smooth workflow

*

Analyse data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement

*

Generate reports for production performance and planning accuracy

Requirements:

*

Proven experience in production planning

*

Strong analytical and organisational skills

*

Experience with D365 and Microsoft Excel

*

Excellent communication and team-working abilities
