The Role

An East Riding of Yorkshire Secondary School seeks to appoint a passionate and skilled Teacher of Science from September 2025. The successful Science Teacher will be repsonsible for teaching all Sciences to KS3 and GCSE. The school would welcome applications from teachers of all Science specialisms, however specialists in Physics or Chemistry would be particurlarly desireable.

Based in a coastal area of the The East Riding of Yorkshire this is large secondary school placed centrally in its community. Ofsted graded this school as Good in its last inspection.

Requirements

The desired Sicence Teacher will have;

Qualified Teacher Status
Experience in teaching Science to KS3 and GCSE
Ability to plan and deliver high quality lessons
This successful candidate may be offered this role on a 'temp to perm' basis, this would meant working on supply via Vision For Education for a term before transitioning to contract with the school.
