This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate with a background in Music, Performing Arts or a related field who is eager to gain hands-on school-based experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Role Overview:
Position: Graduate Music Assistant & Cover Supervisor
Location: Hounslow, West London
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full-time, term-time only
Salary: £90–£110 per day (depending on experience)

Support the Music Department in lessons, rehearsals, and extracurricular activities
Provide one-to-one or small group support for students in music classes
Cover lessons across various subjects when required, following the school’s curriculum plans
Maintain a positive and focused classroom environment
Assist in organising school concerts, performances and music events
Support students in developing their musical abilities and creativityRequirements:
A degree in Music or a related subject (or strong musical background)
Enthusiasm for education and working with young people
Strong communication and organisational skills
A proactive and flexible approach to supporting students and staff
Previous experience working with young people or in schools (desirable but not essential)Why join this school?
