•Oversee commercial and tendering responsibilities with a sharp eye for detail.
•Deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

•Qualifications: ONC/HNC (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering/Building Services.
•Experience: Proven track record as a Mechanical Project Manager in retail/commercial sectors.
•Skills: Strong technical expertise, commercial acumen, and client-facing confidence.
