What You’ll Do

* Design and develop innovative bakery and confectionery products aligned with business goals

* Manage product trials, evaluate outcomes, and ensure commercial viability

* Oversee product launches, guiding production teams and ensuring compliance

* Maintain and update Quality Attribute Sheets (QAS) to uphold standards

* Champion food safety, quality, and best practices across the production floor

* Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and QA to drive continuous improvement

Who You Are

* Experienced in the food industry with a valid Food Safety certification

* Detail-focused with a passion for product innovation and quality excellence

* Strong understanding of food legislation and regulatory compliance

* Confident communicator and effective collaborator

* Holder of a full UK driving licence
