We're seeking an experienced teacher, or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) showing promise to excel, to join our vibrant and growing Science team working in the Chester area. Your expertise should span teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4, coupled with a deep enthusiasm for Science and a dedication to ongoing professional growth. Effective behaviour management skills are essential, alongside the capacity to ignite students' inspiration and drive, aiming to elevate standards and unlock their fullest potential.

Responsibilities of a Secondary Teacher:

Deliver and provide opportunities for students to learn and express themselves.
Ensure that students are engaged, motivated and on task.
Manage any behaviour issues that may arise.
Follow school policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of student progress.
Requirements of a Secondary Teacher:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to manage behaviour effectively
A positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate
Flexibility and adaptability
Registrations required to be a Secondary Teacher:

An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, but if you do not have one, you can apply for a new one through Educate.
You must register with the EWC (Education Workforce Council) to work in Wales.
