Property Administrator (Legal Team) – Camden - £32k
We’re working with an independent property services group who are looking to hire a Property Administrator within their legal department as follows:
* Working office based in Camden
* Undertaking a broad range of administrative tasks relating to the sale and management of leasehold flats
* Answering calls, replying to emails, liaising with solicitors and property managers
* Assisting with the preparation of LPE1 forms (Leasehold Property Enquiries forms / sellers packs)
* Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as required within the department
Suitable applicants do NOT need legal experience or qualification but MUST be familiar with LPE1 forms so may come from either a property or legal administrative background. Further training will be provided in post.
This role would NOT suit a Paralegal looking for a structured career path in a legal practice – this is a support role only.
Salary for the successful Property Administrator / Legal Administrator will start at up to £32k with reviews and uplifts based on tenure.
