We are working with a specialist rail infrastructure contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of a diverse portfolio of rail engineering works across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable organisation at the forefront of rail civil engineering, vegetation management, and structural maintenance projects.

The role offers the chance to take ownership of key rail projects, lead multidisciplinary teams, and work closely with major clients and stakeholders within the rail industry.

As the Project Manager your duties will include but are not limited to:

* Lead and manage rail infrastructure projects from inception to completion
* Oversee project planning, budgeting, resourcing, and delivery performance
* Manage subcontractors, site teams, and supply chain partners
* Maintain compliance with rail industry standards and safety procedures
* Provide regular progress reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders
* Ensure projects are delivered to programme, budget, and quality benchmarks

The successful applicant for this role will be able to demonstrate:

* Proven Project Management experience within the rail or civil engineering sector
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Experience delivering multi-disciplinary rail projects desirable
* Excellent understanding of rail safety standards and processes
* Commercial awareness and strong project planning capability
* Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites
