With opportunities to expand your knowledge in employment law, employee relations, and organisational change, you’ll contribute directly to the success of our customers and our wider group.
What you’ll be doing
Delivering consistent and practical HR advice to customers on policies, procedures, and best practices
Supporting case management, including correspondence drafting and attendance at formal meetings
Managing your own ER caseload with increasing autonomy and confidence
Assisting with investigations and notetaking to ensure timely and accurate outputs
Advising on job benchmarking and grading outcomes
Supporting projects and continuous improvement initiatives, including toolkit and process development
Using our case management systems to track time, log activity, and support invoicing
Working with Admin Support Teams on TUPE transfers, restructures, and recruitment campaigns
Responding to HR helpdesk queries (calls and emails) in line with SLAs, escalating where needed
What we’re looking for
Proven experience advising on HR matters in a team or advisory environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
Sound understanding of employment law and employee relations processes
Able to work both independently and collaboratively with a positive, can-do attitude
Effective organisational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Willingness to travel to client sites when required
Qualifications:
NVQ Level 3 in HR or equivalent (essential)
CIPD qualification (or working towards) (desirable)
What you’ll get in return
Salary of £30,000 per annum
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and your birthday off
An additional day off at Christmas
Pension scheme with 6% employer contribution
Life assurance cover (4x salary)
Access to a comprehensive wellbeing programme
Discount schemes for retail, gym memberships, and more
Health cash plan and cycle-to-work scheme
Flexible hybrid working options and a culture that supports work-life balance
Ongoing learning and development to grow your HR career
