Requirements
Proven track record of successfully managing a Good-rated care home
Positive, engaging, and visible leadership style
Level 5 / Level 4 Management qualification (or equivalent)
Strong financial acumen, including budget setting and control
Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
Responsibilities
Ensure the highest standards of care are consistently delivered through effective quality assurance
Maintain a proactive, solution-focused approach to feedback and complaints
Use internal systems to monitor and enhance service provision
Recruit, train, and develop staff within the QCF framework
Lead, motivate, and manage the team to achieve agreed targets and deadlines
Contribute to annual budget planning and manage budgets effectively
Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of strategic plans
Promote the home and build strong links with external agencies and the local community
Remuneration
£50,000-£55,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package
