About the role: Based at HMP Wealstun, you’ll support people as they prepare for release, offering 1:1 casework tailored to their individual needs. You’ll help them work through challenges related to:

Housing
Employment
Finances
Relationships
And moreThis is not a groupwork-heavy role — it’s about building real, supportive relationships through personalised one-to-one work.
What you’ll need:
Experience supporting prison leavers, vulnerable adults, or individuals in the criminal justice system

Please note, the salary scale is £25k - £27k, with £25k being the entry point for new staff.  But there can be movement up the scale for those with experience
