Junior Sous Chef- Immediate Start
This is a full-time position working 45 hours per week, the restaurant is closed on Mondays and the other day off will be rotated each week. plus a share of service charge. Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Years day off work.
I am currently recruiting for a passionate chef looking for the next step in their career in a busy kitchen as Junior Sous Chef

As Junior Sous Chef, your duties will include –

Being an integral part of the Kitchen Management team.

Operating and participating in the smooth running of the kitchen and being accountable in the absence of the Head Chef & Sous Chef.

Preparing, cooking and presenting meals to set standards, providing quality and consistency.

To be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all kitchen equipment.
*
Contributing to identifying chefs with talent and training and developing them.
*
Monitoring ordering and stocking.
