Job Details:

* Children's Residential Support Worker

* Joining an open children's home that supports children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviours

* The service supports 1 young person, on a 2:1 support ratio

* Work alongside Support Workers, Seniors, Deputies and the Registered Manager

* Support at the home and in the community

* Ensure all support meets OFSTED and company standards

* Follow, update, and manage care plans

* The home is based in Levenshulme

Contract Details:

* Full-time, permanent contract

* Working on a 2 on, 4 off shift pattern

* £12.50 per hour

* + £45 per sleep

Requirements Details:

* Experience working with children in a residential setting, or a similar setting

* Drivers are desirable, but not essential
