We’re working with a fantastic client who provides services to the social housing sector, they are on the lookout for a confident, people-focused Product Consultant to join their growing team.
This is a brilliant opportunity to work with a well-established, industry-respected business that’s behind the market-leading M3NHF Schedule of Rates (SOR) — a product widely used across the UK’s housing associations, local authorities, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out training and consultancy on the use of M3NHF Schedule of Rates (SOR)
* Assist with the development and interrogation of the product
* Providing technical and product support to clients and colleagues
* Deliver standard training sessions onsite and online, to a variety of users including managers, operatives and contact centre staff
* Develop and deliver bespoke training to address specific client needs
* Create and maintain training materials, including videos

Essential Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience in product training, consultation, or client-facing roles
* Strong presentation skills, both in small and large group settings
* Proficient in Excel analysis and data manipulation
Desirable Skills:
* Experience in social housing or housing maintenance
* Experience in using the M3NHF Schedule of Rates in some capacity
* Quantity or Building Surveying background.
This role involves travelling to clients, therefore candidates must have a driving licence and be a car owner
