What you'll do as a School Business Manager:

Oversee the financial management, budgeting, and resource planning of the school
Manage HR, premises, and administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Work closely with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team to support strategic decision-making
Ensure compliance with school policies, health and safety regulations, and financial procedures
Lead and support office and site teams to deliver high standards of service and efficiency
Develop effective systems to support the school's long-term goals and sustainabilityWhat we're looking for in School Business Manager's:

Proven experience in school business management or a similar leadership/administrative role
Strong financial management and budgeting skills
Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal abilities
A proactive, solution-focused approach to problem-solving
Relevant qualifications in business management, finance, or HR (desirable)
