Job Description: As a KS1 Teacher in Sheffield, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of young learners in their foundational years. Your responsibilities will include:

Planning and delivering engaging and interactive lessons that are tailored to the needs and interests of KS1 students
Creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where children feel valued, safe, and motivated to learn
Implementing a creative and differentiated curriculum that promotes curiosity, critical thinking, and personal growth
Assessing student progress and providing timely feedback to support their academic and social development
Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and external partners to ensure the holistic well-being and success of each child
Engaging in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching practice and contribute to the continuous improvement of our school community
Qualifications:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification
Previous experience teaching KS1 students preferred, but newly qualified teachers are also encouraged to apply
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Passion for working with young children and a commitment to providing high-quality education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
