The successful Recruitment Administrator should have:
Previous experience in an administrative role
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication skills, particularly on the phone
Confidence in learning and using IT systems
In this role, the Recruitment Administrator will be responsible for:
Phoning prospective candidates and conducting pre-registration calls
Adding candidates into company CRM system
Sending follow up email communications and scheduling meetings between candidates and our client’s permanent recruiters
