A leading civil engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to support a major highways and earthworks project in Guildford, Surrey.

This is a site-based role, ideal for a candidate with strong 3D modelling capabilities and a proven track record in large-scale highway and earthworks works.

Role Responsibilities:

Develop and manage detailed 3D models for highways and earthworks

*

Ensure all engineering designs comply with relevant standards and project requirements

*

Liaise with site teams, designers, and subcontractors to deliver technical solutions

*

Support construction planning and resolve technical challenges on-site

*

Lead on digital engineering best practices

Requirements:

*

Extensive experience in highways and earthworks projects in the UK

*

Proficient in 3D modelling software (Civil 3D)

*

Strong understanding of UK highway standards and specifications

*

Able to manage engineering deliverables independently

*

Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering or equivalent

Location: Guildford, Surrey – site-based

*

Duration: 12 months

*

IR35: Outside IR35 CIS/LTD

*

Rate: £350 – £430 per day, depending on experience
