What You'll Be Doing

Submitting ECO cases quickly, accurately, and consistently

Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to keep everything moving smoothly

Monitoring outcomes and resolving submission issues promptly

Adapting to scheme updates and making sure everything stays compliant

Supporting continuous improvement in submissions processes

What You'll Bring

Proven experience with ECO submissions (this is essential)

Familiarity with partner portals

High attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines

Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to reliably commute to or relocate to Preston
