Strong fault-finding skills across commercial audio systems (100v line, low impedance setups).

Solid knowledge of visual display tech including projectors, LCD screens, and LED displays.

Familiarity with control systems such as Q-SYS and Crestron (advantageous).

Confident working with IT networks and troubleshooting connectivity issues.

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

Ability to manage time independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks.

Full UK driving licence (clean) and a valid passport with no travel restrictions.

Flexible approach to working hours - occasional out-of-hours support may be required.

Ideal Candidate Traits

Proactive and solution-focused mindset

Customer-first approach with a focus on delivering a great service experience

Comfortable adapting to change and working in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to support and share knowledge with team members

Strong understanding of AV technology and a desire to stay up to date with new developments

What's in it for You

Competitive salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (based on experience)

Fully equipped company vehicle + fuel card

Opportunities for career development, further training, and AV industry certifications

Be part of a forward-thinking technical team with a supportive, collaborative culture
