Duty Manager for a Gastro pub in Norfolk, you will live the standards at this gastro pub, the standards are good and is well known in the area for the fresh food. Deputy manager to support the GM in the smooth running of the establishment. Duty Manager, £29-30k, 40 hours

The role
As a Duty Manager you will ensure everything runs smoothly on a day to day shift, this gastro pub is open all day for lunch and dinner. you will ensure the establihsment is ready for opening and then run the floor during service. This role will include all the normal duty manager duties

Experience
We are looking for a duty manager who is at a deputy manager level or a supervisor level, you will have a understanding of food and good knowledge of produce and dishes. you will be organised, able to run the floor.
