We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Solar Sales Specialist to join a dynamic team near Portsmouth. In this role, you will play a key part in driving solar energy adoption by identifying sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the solar energy sector.
Conduct engaging product demonstrations to educate potential customers.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and achieve collective goals.
Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and industry events to stay updated on trends.
Provide training and support to team members as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

Knowledge of the Solar Industry is essential
Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication and customer service skills – ability to engage and persuade.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated team player who can also work independently.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Salary Package:

Competitive Annual Salary: £30,000-£35,000
Strong commissioning structure
Based near Portsmouth
