Location: Epsom
Basic Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per year
Bonus Scheme: £6,000 - £12,000 per year
Working Hours: 5.5 days per week

The Role

Our Client is seeking a skilled and qualified MOT Technician to join their experienced team. The successful candidate will have a sharp eye for detail, a commitment to high standards, and the ability to deliver precise and efficient MOT testing and maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out MOT tests in line with DVSA standards and regulations.

Perform vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs as required.

Ensure all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with company and DVSA procedures.

Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues.

Contribute to a positive and productive workshop environment.

Requirements

Valid MOT Tester Licence (Class 4 and/or 7) - essential.

Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Qualification (or equivalent).

Full UK driving licence.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude.
