Education refurbishment

Shift patterns: 7.30am until 5pm – Monday to Friday – 16-week project

Start : June 2025

Responsibilities

Manage Site managers and coordinate day-to-day site operations
Conduct Health & Safety inspections, including regular site assessments
Project progress to meet deadlines
Attending Site on a weekly basis
Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers and project stakeholders.
Overseeing site operations
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget to the highest quality
Delivering site meetings with all management and subcontractors
Liaising with the client in a professional manner
