We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support our client’s busy kitchen team during peak periods. This position involves working both weekdays and weekends.

We are ideally looking for someone with previous kitchen experience and a good understanding of food safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with general food preparation
Help prepare hot and cold finger food
Prepare cold meals such as sandwiches, baguettes, and salads
Carry out pot washing and maintain kitchen cleanliness
Follow all kitchen processes and company policies
Support with additional duties such as delivering food and clearing tables
