Location: Hertfordshire (Hybrid working available)
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + excellent benefits

The Role You’ll oversee the delivery of all gas and electrical maintenance, servicing, and compliance work across thousands of homes. Your focus will be on ensuring safety, quality, and value for money while motivating a dedicated team of engineers and electricians.

You’ll:

Lead and develop a team delivering day-to-day, cyclical, and responsive repairs.

Ensure all gas and electrical works meet compliance and safety regulations.

Use data and KPIs to manage budgets and performance effectively.

Drive service improvements, innovation, and continuous professional development.

Work collaboratively across property services, contractors, and internal teams.

Provide out-of-hours support on a shared rota.

What You’ll Need
A recognised Gas Safe or Electrical qualification (e.g., ACS, NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, 2391).

Proven experience managing teams in gas, electrical, or property maintenance.

Strong understanding of compliance, safety, and budget management.

A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and genuine pride in doing things right.
