At Marcon Construction, we deliver high-quality construction projects across live NHS healthcare sites, schools and education settings, and the commercial sector. We’re growing fast and need a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team and help drive success from pre-construction to final account.

Your Role:

Manage valuations, variations, and final accounts

*

Lead procurement and negotiation with subcontractors

*

Monitor costs, budgets, risks, and cash flow

*

Interpret and administer JCT and NEC contracts

*

Collaborate with project teams and support commercial decision-making

*

Provide commercial input to tenders and pre-construction planning

What You’ll Bring:

*

3+ years of Quantity Surveying experience

*

Strong understanding of JCT and NEC forms of contract

*

Background in healthcare (NHS), education, or commercial projects

*

Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying or similar

*

Strong communication, commercial awareness, and attention to detail
