Customer Service Coordinator

OA are recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our client’s dynamic and growing team.

Location: Elstree, Borehamwood

Hours: A 40-hour workweek, including one weekend day, with two days working from home each week.

Salary: £28,808

Customer Service Coordinator Key Responsibilities

Handling inbound and outbound calls while consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
Responding to inbound and outbound emails from customers and clients.
Processing new bookings, extensions, and terminations within the required SLAs.
Carrying out daily operational tasks.
Recommending additional products or solutions to enhance the customer experience - including upselling options such as insurance excess reducers.
Managing customer complaints efficiently, seeing them through to resolution.
Accurately updating company systems, processing rental documentation, and producing reports.
Maintaining regular communication with customers throughout their hire period and sharing relevant feedback with the Team Leader or Manager.
Collaborating closely with team members and offering support when needed.
Carrying out any other reasonable duties as assigned
Customer Service Coordinator Skills and Experience

Proven experience in a customer service environment.
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a solid understanding of what great service looks like.
Ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet business KPIs.
A positive, proactive attitude toward learning and self-development.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Confident in holding professional conversations while multitasking and handling administrative duties.
Strong computer literacy and fast, accurate typing skills.
A strong team player with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
Able to use initiative and manage workload by prioritising tasks efficiently.
