Junior / Trainee Property Manager – Manchester - £30-35k

We’re working with a long established, highly regarded independent Property Consultancy who are looking to hire an entry level Junior / Trainee Property Manager as follows:

* Working office based, in Manchester, amongst a friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable block management team

* Coming from either a Block or LET Property Management background, either as an Administrator, Assistant, or junior level property manager

* Undertaking a support role within the block management team, taking resident calls, relaying information, updating the CRM, processing service charge demands, organising for contractors to attend site

* Eventually progressing to full Property Manager level with associated pay rises and responsibility

The suitable Junior / Trainee Property Manager will come from a stable career background with 1 years property experience and live in or close to Manchester.

Salary for the successful Property Manager will start around £30k with reviews and uplifts as additional responsibilities are taken on.
