We are currently recruiting on behalf of our clients based in Mildenhall who are looking to add a Quality Manager on a full-time basis.

Typical duties include:

* Take ownership on all internal and external quality related issues.

* Lead monthly quality meetings and manage the quality team.

* Review customer performance and implement procedures to drive strong results against performance metrics set.

* Perform site visits when required.

* Develop and enforce the ISO900 Quality Management system.

You will have:

* Experience managing a quality function within a manufacturing function.

* Experience leading teams.

* Experienced with ISO9001 and root cause analysis.

* The ability to provide technical reports back to internal and external stakeholders.

* Experience implementing quality processes inline with changing business needs.
