Job Opportunity: Picking Line Operative - Recycling Facility near Colchester, Essex

Prime Appointments is currently recruiting for a Picking Line Operative to join a well-established recycling facility located just outside of Colchester, Essex. This role plays a key part in supporting a large-scale environmental initiative committed to reducing waste and promoting sustainability.

Please note: Due to the location, candidates must have their own transport, as there are no public transport links available.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating on the picking line to efficiently sort recyclable materials
Supporting quality control processes to ensure proper product separation
Performing light manual handling tasks
Collaborating with team members to meet daily targets
Keeping work areas clean and tidy at the end of each shiftAbout You:

Previous experience in a Manufacturing or Production environment is desirable
Comfortable with manual handling duties
Reliable and flexible to work on an ad-hoc basis
Access to your own transport is essentialHours & Pay:

Monday to Friday
07:30 - 17:00
£12.21 per hour
