Business Development will be a priority to onboard lapsed and new clients and generate business from temporary and permanent placements.
You will also be accountable for overseeing well-established accounts, ensuring that all open vacancies across the Southern region are fulfilled.

You should also be conscientious, not afraid of hard work and work as part of a team. However, to be successful in the recruitment industry you will need resilience and more importantly, a sense of humour.

* From a recruitment, sales and target driven background with a history of consistent billing
* Driven with the passion to be successful
* Able to demonstrate their ability to manage and overcome challenges that the industry faces from time to time
* Professional in their business expertise
* Talented in managing client relationships and has first class communication skills
* Proficient in working with CRM systems
* Organised but also flexible when demands require it
* Able to follow processes and work to deadlines
* PC literate with an excellent knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Office
To be considered for the role, it is vital that you have a clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
