You would be a pivotal part of the academic development of students you work with, allowing you to utilise your experience and knowledge as a HLTA.

Higher Level Primary Teaching Assistant – HLTA – The Role: 

Support students learning
Involves classroom and home support
Work 1:1 with students focusing on academic progress
Contribute to a cohesive school support team
Car and driving licence is required
Higher Level Primary Teaching Assistant - HLTA– Qualifications required: 

Level 3 TA or degree level of education
Education / childcare experience
Previous SEN / ASC experience is desirable
Calm, compassionate and proactive manner
Excellent communication skills 
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
