We are currently recruiting Support Workers to join our flexible team and deliver compassionate, person-centred care to adults in a variety of residential and community settings.

* Confidence in supporting individuals with complex needs or behaviours that may challenge

* Ability to set clear boundaries while maintaining a calm, professional approach

Qualifications & Requirements

* Minimum of 3 months UK work experience in adult healthcare or support work

* Willingness to complete induction and mandatory training

* Dedication to ongoing professional and personal development

* Enhanced DBS clearance and satisfactory references

* Right to work in the UK (please note: sponsorship is not available)
