Job Title: CSCS Tutor / Trainer

Location: Norfolk - Centre based

Salary: up to £34,000 (Depending on skills and experience) 

Package: Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Pension + more

Type: Full Time, Permanent 

Duties:
Teach/assess learners working towards the CITB Health and Safety Awareness course.
Assist learners in preparation for their CSCS test, to ensure they pass their mandatory CITB HSE test ahead of securing employment on a construction site.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners' skills knowledge and behaviours
Monitor student attendance and progress through regular student assessment and reviews.
Provide advice and guidance to learners relating to decision making and progression.Criteria:
Hold a relevant vocational qualification - ideally within Construction/Health and Safety.
Hold - or be willing to work towards - a Level 3 Teaching qualification (PTLLS/AET or equivalent/above).
Must hold solid, occupational experience within the Construction sector.
Must hold own GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade C or above / Functional Skills equivalents.
Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
