We are recruiting on behalf of a privately-owned contractor based in Surrey that specializes in delivering high end residential & commercial schemes up to £5m value. Due to sustained growth they are currently seeking a Project Manager to work from their office in Guildford, working alongside the Directors and oversee 2 x projects from pre construction into delivery and through to completion.

Candidates must have at least 5 years experience working as a Project Manager delivering high end residential & commercial projects and must be based within an hour of Guildford. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be willing to pay up to £70k.
