Our training team at Autism Unlimited is committed to ensuring that all our colleagues are provided with the skills and knowledge to best support the people we support. In addition to that, we are on a mission to train as many external organisations as possible about autism and adjustments they can implement to enable their autistic workforce to succeed.

We want an inclusive society for all, and to fully accept something, you have to understand it first, which is why we offer various training options, either face-to-face or via e-learning. To support us to achieve this, we need a Training Business Developer to join us part time three days a week.

Are you eager to learn, highly organised, skilled at multitasking, and able to inspire others to engage in autism training? If so, we’d love to hear from you.

As our Training Business Developer, your responsibilities will include:

* Lead on external training growth and expansion

* Attend regular networking events to promote AU and our training service offer

* Build relationships to sell our training packages to organisations

* Establish and promote our autism accreditation scheme

* Create engaging marketing newsletters on external training opportunities and autism research

* Design new business attraction campaigns​

Our ideal candidate will have:

* Proven track record of training, sales and marketing and account management

* Confident in building effective relationships and delivering targets

* An understanding of the importance of everyone having knowledge about autism and neurodiversity

* Experience creating engaging content for our marketing campaigns
